Recently, the company has become the vice chairman unit of the space-based Internet of Things Industry Alliance.
The alliance, initiated by Aerospace Cloud Technology Co., LTD., brings together 146 domestic units engaged in six fields of commercial satellite research, manufacturing, operation, service, application and financial capital. The Alliance will build an ecosystem that runs through the development of the space-based Internet of Things industry from the industrial value chain, enterprise chain, supply and demand chain and space chain, and provide industrial technical support, product supporting, operation services, application promotion and project fund docking for alliance members.
The "Cloud Project" of the Aerospace Science and Industry will develop and launch 80 small satellites, build China's first low-orbit narrowband communication satellite constellation, realize the seamless acquisition, transmission and sharing of Internet of Things information worldwide, and build an information ecosystem including cloud computing, big data and other services. Space-based iot and ground iot correspond, with satellites as base stations to provide Internet of Things services for ground users.
As the only vice president unit of the research and development of space-based iot ground terminal chips and modules in the space-based iot Alliance, the company will make greater contributions to the smooth advancement of the "Xingyun Project".
